Same city.
Different life.

Valnova, Eagledale, and Avimor can all show up in an Eagle home search. The way you spend a Tuesday—or a Saturday—can feel very different in each one. Here is how I would start the conversation.

Valnova recreation area and foothills
01 / ValnovaOpen space & water
Eagledale pond and homes during construction
02 / EagledaleModern farmhouse neighborhood
Avimor foothill community
03 / AvimorTrail-connected foothills

Start with the setting.

In Valnova, the draw is a large master plan woven through foothill open space, trails, and a recreation lake. Eagledale has a smaller, 77-acre footprint, a modern farmhouse identity, and a neighborhood still taking shape. Avimor makes hiking, biking, and its established community amenities central to daily life.

The name on the map is only the beginning. Your exact homesite, plan, garage, nearby construction, and route to work will matter more than a community brochure.

At a glance

The side-by-side.

Use this to narrow a tour, not to pick a winner. A community can contain different phases, homesites, and home types.

The question
ValnovaEagledaleAvimor
What defines it

A 6,000-acre Eagle foothill master plan with more than half designated for open space and recreation.

A 77-acre community rooted in a former homestead, with a modern farmhouse design language.

A foothill community with trails, parks, gathering places, and several distinct Tresidio neighborhoods.

Outdoor routine

Paddleboarding at the 2.5-acre lake, greenways, foothill trails, pools, and pickleball.

The planned pond, pool, and pickleball are closer to a neighborhood-scale gathering pattern.

More than 100 miles of hiking and biking trails, plus parks, pools, a fitness center, and a fishing pond.

Home choices

Different Valnova neighborhoods span varied home types; compare the particular Tresidio homesite and plan.

Townhomes and single-family homes within a more cohesive architectural setting.

East near established amenities, West in a newer foothill phase, and Town Center with lower-maintenance options.

What is here now?

The recreation lake is here; the broader master plan continues to develop. Check the specific facility you plan to use.

The completed model is ready for tours. The pool and clubhouse are expected to be completed by summer 2027.

An established community center, indoor pool, trail network, and parks; West and Town Center have their own development stages.

Tour question

Which exact neighborhood and homesite put my daily activities within reach?

What will be built around this lot, and which amenities are open on my move-in date?

Am I comparing East, West, or Town Center—and how will my actual route feel?

Three comparisons worth making

The decision behind the photos.

Two homes can have the same square footage and tell entirely different lifestyle stories. These are the distinctions I would explore with you before we talk finishes.

01 / WATER OR NEIGHBORHOOD SCALE

Valnova vs. Eagledale

Valnova is the expansive choice: the lake, open space, and recreation village are part of a much larger, long-term vision. Eagledale is a smaller setting with a consistent modern farmhouse look and a planned pond, pool, and pickleball hub.

What I would compareThe specific lot and what is already operating. In Eagledale, distinguish a rendering from a completed amenity; in Valnova, distinguish today’s neighborhood from the full future plan.

02 / WATER OR TRAIL NETWORK

Valnova vs. Avimor

Both put the Eagle foothills into the picture. Valnova brings a recreation lake and a broad mix of developing neighborhoods. Avimor offers a more established trail-centered outdoor routine, with its community center, pools, parks, and different East, West, and Town Center choices.

What I would compareHow often you would actually use a lake versus a trailhead, then the drive from the exact address—not from a pin labeled “Eagle.”

03 / DESIGN COHESION OR TRAIL CULTURE

Eagledale vs. Avimor

Eagledale’s modern farmhouse character and 77-acre plan make the architecture and neighborhood feel a central part of the choice. Avimor has a larger outdoor network and a wider variation among its East, West, and Town Center offerings.

What I would compareA completed Eagledale home with a specific Avimor phase. “Avimor” alone is too broad to make a useful floor-plan, homesite, or garage comparison.

A smarter first visit

See three places. Leave with clarity.

01

Choose one home you could actually buy in each.

Match the plan, budget, timing, and garage needs before touring. A beautiful model in the wrong configuration can distract from the decision.

02

Walk beyond the model.

See the specific homesite, nearby phases, trail or amenity access, and the route out of the neighborhood. Ask what is finished and what is planned.

03

Compare the full package on one page.

Price, included features, HOA and any district charges, estimated timing, and your normal drive. Then decide which setting is worth a second look.

Tell me your top three priorities and I’ll put together a focused Eagle tour. I can show you where the same floor plan feels completely different because of the lot and community around it.
